Reuben sandwich

Reuben, we love you

Reuben vs Rachel? These two classic sandwiches originate from the US. Both sandwiches include salt beef, swiss cheese and Russian dressing. The Reuben is served on dark rye bread with sauerkraut while the Rachel is served on sourdough with a creamy coleslaw. For the perfect result, always make sure the cheese is melted and the bread is grilled. A Rachel is delicious, but our heart belongs to Reuben.
